Sue emigrated to the USA from England in 1998 and set up a custom home construction company in Kissimmee with her husband. She gained valuable experience in home design and building techniques and helping her customers build the home of their dreams. She also owned and operated a Property Management and Short Term Rental Company. With this invaluable experience, Sue has the expertise and knowledge to advise on the best location for investment vacation homes, calculating rental income and expense projections to help maximise rental income. Sue's office is located in the Reunion/Championsgate area, she lives in Windermere and is experienced in selling property from the smallest piece of land to luxury estate homes. Her honesty, sense of humor and willingness to 'do whatever it takes to get the job done' are her main strengths, but always listens and understands the needs of her customers which helps keep the process running smoothly and stress free as possible - never an easy feat when working through the minefield of legal documentation and negotiations!
