Suly Salazar

Suly Salazar has been working in real estate nearly all of her professional life. In 2001, her father urged her to consider a career in real estate after the purchase of his first commercial building. Rather than applying to colleges, Suly got her foot in the door of the industry with a real estate assistant position at Century 21 and never looked back. She wasted no time immersing herself in the fast paced world of real estate, living and breathing her trade while studying to obtain her license.

After receiving her real estate license in 2004, Suly began working for San Fernando Realty, Inc. where she remained for the next 12 years. Since then, she’s been working non-stop with a focus on properties in the San Fernando Valley area; particularly the neighborhoods of Sylmar, San Fernando, Arleta, Palmdale, and Santa Clarita. Today, she incorporates over 2 decades of experience into her tech-savvy approach as a real estate professional.

Suly loves the limitless potential of real estate and is devoted to sharing her bounty of knowledge and expertise with her clients. She loves to help her clients build wealth through sound property investments using an honest, reliable, and professional approach, not to mention her bilingual accommodations.

Alongside her passion for real estate, Suly enjoys nature, long walks in the park, and spending time with her loved ones.
