Summerna is passionate about homes, design & renovation, yet also offers incredible added value in service with her unique and international background.

My qualifications, in addition to being a licensed Realtor, include:
- BSc(Hons) Mathematics
- MA Business & Management
- DipM Marketing
- ARM & CPM (Property Management)

Summerna was born and raised in England, and in both the UK & US, and has been involved in some form of Real Estate for over 20 years.

Her original career in London and New York City was as a Business Systems Analyst for the financial sector.
Her work ethic was hugely shaped by a high demand & performance, fast-paced environment, predominantly in the Investment Banking sector, and this is very much how I operate to this day.

Summerna is also an Investor and spent almost 6 years as a Property Manager for an owner-operated multifamily business with over 100 units in South Tampa.

In addition to being a Realtor, what you get with her personally, is more than what many other Realtors offer.
