My name is Susan Massagli-Benson and I am a Southern California Native. I have been a resident of Rancho Cucamonga for over 50 years, and I enjoy the lifestyle that the area affords my family and me. I worked for the County of San Bernardino for 20 years in Planning, Building & Safety, Code Enforcement Divisions, and working with Real Estate Services. I've transitioned into real estate full-time and continue to have the pleasure of meeting new people and assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in achieving their goals. I have extensive knowledge in property for land use, zoning, building codes, enforcement, and permitting.
