Susan Brown's love of south Florida and her passion for helping her clients from start to "past" finish is what makes her so successful. Susan was born in Ft. Lauderdale and was raised here which is one of the main reasons her local knowledge is invaluable. She is the youngest of 4 kids and the entire family still resides in the area and remain very close. Her years of being raised in a solid family life taught her values, loyalty and to treat people she encounters with respect. Her father has been in the construction business for over 60 years and now is partners with her brother, hence her love of homes After high school, she traveled the world as a very successful Ford model and through her travels realized her love for people and architecture from all cultures. It was later in life that she wanted to come back to the South Florida area after residing in Los Angeles to further her modeling career that she decided it was time to settle down in a “realistic” life and start a family.

Susan is happily married with one daughter. She is very active at her daughter's school volunteering as homeroom mom each year and loving every minute of it. Her other passion is animals and she works closely with local animal rescue groups.

When not working Susan loves spending time with family and friends. She loves to cook, bake, exercise, travel and spend time at their place in Key Largo. Susan loves and respects the relationships she builds with her clients and over the years has remained very close. She listed and sold my condominium quickly and efficiently, handling the many details that are involved with condo documents and approvals. She then worked closely with me when I decided to purchase a condo, showing me many potential apartments and finding exactly what I wanted.
