About Susan

Susan's goal with every client is not just to find them a house. Anyone can come upon a house or a structure. Her goal is to find her client(s) their HOME. The home buying process is incredibly involved, especially in a hectic and highly competitive market. The days of walking into a property and taking your time to think about it are over. One must act swiftly and decisively if one wants a chance at buying it. Educating her clients as well as guiding them professionally and sometimes emotionally is part of the process of home selling and buying success.

How one chooses a realtor is very personal and is not always about education and popularity. Susan's 25-year sales background provided me with the skills to cross over into various fields. Susan has been a licensed real estate professional for 8 years now but collaborated with several agents for many years prior to becoming licensed herself in staging their listings. The connection she made with design and selling homes was a natural progression to her career today. Susan earned two bachelor’s degrees from Stonehill College in Easton, MA: one in Psychology and the other in Health Care Administration. After graduating, Susan took a job at a medical sales company. she initially managed the Sales Administration Department and eventually was promoted to Sales. Several years later she was hired by Pitney Bowes and was responsible for selling shipping and mailing equipment to a vast territory. After five successful years at Pitney Bowes, she started her own interior design company. Susan was home with two young children and wanted that all-important, work-family balance. She utilizes all her sales training, design knowledge, and human psychology in her real estate practice today. Susan's experience in sales has given me an extraordinarily strong ability in residential real estate and her design services are the "icing on the cake". She stages all her properties for sale as part of her listing agreement with her sellers. Susan's "one-stop shop" approach gives me a unique advantage over a sea of competitive agents. Susan tries her best to take the stress out of the process for her client's busy schedules with a complete firsthand approach to the home presenting a perfect home to market.
