Susan Clemons

As a third-generation Northern Nevadan, Susan has a deep appreciation for the region’s rich history and natural resources. Her love for this area moved Susan and her husband to renovate the historic Lake Shore house in Glenbrook where they reside.

Susan has earned MS and MBA Degrees from UW-Madison, has experience working with institutional investors, as well as managing real estate investments. Having bought and sold numerous properties, she understands the emotions buyers and sellers experience.
