Susan has 12 years’ experience selling Real Estate throughout The Northwest Valley. Her area of expertise in the Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City west area. She prides herself on finding out exactly what my clients need and focus on either finding them a house or selling their house. She works both with families and Seniors transitioning to downsize or move into a retirement community!
Her husband and her have lived in the northwest valley since 1997. Their daughter Jordan attend Joy Christian School and Sunrise Mountain High School. They know the west valley very well because they have lived and worked here.
She is originally from North Dakota and grew up on a ranch in the Western part of the state in city called Dickinson. Susan attended Trinity High School in Dickinson and attended college at Black Hills University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She then worked in the Hotel and Travel Industry in Marketing and eventually made her way to Arizona in 1989 and have been in Arizona for a majority of the time. They have lived in Glendale and Peoria and know the West Valley very well.
Her husband Richard also sells Real Estate. They have been married for 28 years! We have a son and a daughter and three grandchildren. Our son, Zebulon is married and has three children of his own. He has a successful Window installation business. Their daughter Jordan is a Senior in college and is a Business Journalism major at Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at ASU.
In her spare time, she likes to workout at the gym or go walking or hiking. Her husband and her like to watch movies and travel. They are also big Arizona Cardinals Fans and have season tickets! In addition, she has been a member of Glendale Kiwanis Club for the past 20 years. Lastly, they attend Christ Church of The Valley in Peoria.
