Susan was amazingly helpful with our 2+ month search for a home. As anyone who is buying a home knows, this market is crazy. We lived 5 hours away so would make weekend trips to view houses and put in offers, Susan would video tour homes with us when we weren’t able to come in person. We viewed a few houses on our own and 9 times out of 10 when we mentioned Susan’s name the listing agent would say, “oh she’s a great agent. Love working with her.”

Susan kept us sane through the home buying process and we are forever grateful for her helping us find our dream home!

I had the pleasure of getting to know Susan when I called about one of her listings that one of my clients were interested in. She was very professional and super knowledgeable about the listing and all my clients inquiries. We spoke over the phone numerous times and each time she answered and was very helpful. She even went the extra mile as to show my client her listing because I had a conflicting appointment. Now that’s a honorable and someone that wants to get the job done! Would love to work with her in the future as it’s obvious she takes pride in your business and seems fair and on top of everything! :)

I met Susan when my fiance and I were looking for our first home in 2015. She helped us find the right home and was so encouraging and knowledgeable. Susan guided us and was there every step of the way. We instantly bonded! She even attended our wedding in 2016! She has always been so helpful. I've worked with Susan on multiple transactions since 2019 and she's great. I've worked with several realtors in other states and she has been the best by far.
She is available always and on top of loose ends. The thing that bothers me most in this industry is follow up. Keep me updated, don't make me track you down and harass you for status. I've never had that problem with Susan, not even remotely. She stays on top of everyone involved which is great.
She even makes me inspect things i really don't care about. She always provides perspectives which is appreciated.
I highly recommend her services, you won't be disappointed.

Buying or selling a home can be a sleep losing situation. We contracted with Susan to do both. We were retired and scaling down in size so we purchased our new home first. We then,started to sell our home of 30 years. Anxious times. Susan had a video made and the first day we had an offer for my asking price . It was a pleasure working with Susan. She listed a new construction house that my buyers purchased. Her attention to detail was crazy awesome. She did a wonderful job orienting my buyers on all of the details of the house. When the house closed, I couldn't find the keys and garage door openers. I called Susan, and she was over at the new house within a couple of minutes finding those items and making sure the buyers had what they needed. I hope I have the opportunity to work with her again.

Very good to work with. Was helpful prior to my move-in date to help speed it up, since I was in limbo between homes. Susan helped me acquire my first house.

I was a first-time home buyer and didn't have any experience with a real estate agent before. Susan was extremely friendly and helpful not only in the home-buying process itself, but also in helping me learn about the different forms and procedures along the way, going as far as to meet with me after I got off work to explain things to me in person. She repeatedly took time to answer my questions in a timely manner, and was never rude or pushy about anything.

Susan gave me advice that helped steer me toward the kind of house I was hoping for. When visiting houses I was interested in, she helped me identify things to look for when evaluating each house. This was also very helpful because I (in my inexperience) didn't know much about what to look for on my own. She honestly cared about where I wound up.

All in all, Susan is extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a joy to work with her and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If I ever had to work with one again, I'd choose Susan in a heartbeat!

We had an agent when we met Susan Gregory, and we were so impressed with here professionalism we switched agents after the other agent dropped the ball, Susan has helped us with our investment properties, when we did a 1031 exchange on 5 town homes Susan is who you want to be your agent, she makes sure the i's or doted and T's are crossed, we also just bought a house for our primary residence and thanks to Susan Gregery the transaction went as smooth as possible, I know it was trying being we has to sell our house to buy the one we bought, I just want to say the the whole process went incredibly smooth, thanks Susan.
