Susan Mathews

Susan Mathews, one of Denver's most successful and long-standing real estate professionals, has won widespread acclaim for her extraordinary customer service, her community involvement and her expertise in both buying and selling homes.

Susan is an award-winning Realtor with over 30-years experience selling homes, lofts, condominiums and income properties in Denver and the entire metro area. She has worked with as many as three generations of the same family. 95% of her business is from past clients and referrals.

What sets Susan apart is her commitment to invest in the kinds of properties she sells. She raised her four children in 10 area homes that she bought, renovated and eventually sold. In addition, she purchased an historic row home in the Golden Triangle neighborhood south of downtown and converted it to a building that accommodates 12 start-up companies. She calls this opportunity to assist local small businesses while preserving an historic location her “proudest accomplishment.”

Susan, an agent with Camber Realty, has won numerous production awards over the years and has consistently been among the top agents. She works with clients ranging from oil executives to teachers, and notes that she specializes in “people, not price ranges.” Susan’s love of Colorado and Denver is contagious. She has been privileged to live and raise her family in the heart of Denver and can make anyone new to the community feel at home immediately and she does it all with respect and concern for her client’s needs.

With a flair for remodeling and an eye for design, Susan provides an extra dimension of customer service by giving clients her insights on everything from moving walls and placing furniture to upgrading interior colors.

Committed to giving back to the community by supporting a variety of volunteer efforts, she is actively involved with the Denver Jewish Film Festival, Denver Botanic Gardens, Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce and the Colorado Women’s Foundation. In addition, she volunteered for 16 years with Denver’s Bromwell Elementary School, which her children attended. Now she proudly volunteers at Steck Elementary where her granddaughter attends.

Susan, a Connecticut native who graduated from the University of Colorado with both an undergraduate and master’s degree, is an avid traveler who regularly visits countries around the world as well as exploring much of the United States.
