Susan Metallo

One of the top Realtors in the Chagrin Valley for more than twenty five years, Susan Metallo is also the long standing leader in luxury home sales for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. She launched the Berkshire Hathaway Chagrin Falls office ten years ago and has grown it into one of the highest performing offices in the entire company. Among her many awards, she was most honored to receive the Berkshire Hathaway Legends Award, the company’s highest real estate distinction for long term achievement and excellence.

Knowledge of the market and years of experience are so important. But in addition, Susan is recognized for being a strong negotiator and direct communicator. Her clients appreciate knowing she is with them every step of the way and Susan always having their best interest at heart.

Susan is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame with a degree in Communications and was born and raised in Chicago. Having moved seven times before settling in Cleveland, she developed a personal passion for relocation and has guided hundreds of families through successful transitions.

Susan serves on the boards of Power of Joy and the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival and is an annual sponsor for many other charities including Humble Designs, Nick’s Wish, and Flashes of Hope. Last year Susan started a WISE Women’s group to Inspire, Support and Encourage other single women. She's always finding a way to make a difference.

Her proudest role however, is being the mother of four wonderful sons and assisting them all in buying their family homes in four different cities across the country. Traveling and spending time with family and her five grandsons is her biggest joy.
