About Susan

Susan Pacini, a Southern California native, has been living and working in the South Bay since 1990. After majoring in English at the University of Southern California, she established herself as a leader in sales and marketing for major retailers, such as Casual Corner and Natural Wonders. During that time, Susan honed her talents in customer service, communication, and marketing.

After her daughters were born, Susan chose to focus her attention on her family. During this time, she established a golf and tennis tournament to raise money for American Martyrs School and was involved with the capital campaign for the church. In 2005 Susan transitioned into real estate.

Susan understands the ever-evolving relationship between the wealth of internet information and the nuances that define every neighborhood. It is the combination of understanding the wants and needs of her clients and filtering that information with the local perspective that allows her to provide an extraordinary level of service. Susan is actively involved in the South Bay community as a patroness with the Manhattan Hermosa Chapter of the National Charity League, The Jimmie Miller Foundation, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, and other local charities. Susan and her family are parishioners of American Martyrs Church where she and her husband Steven have served on many committees there including Cornerstone, the building committee, the 75th Anniversary of the church and pastoral council.
