With a history of new homes sales and working on the #1 Re/Max Team in the United States in 2012 has given me ten-fold the experience in number of transactions when compared to other agents in the area. Selling as many as 70 homes in 1 year (19 in 1 month). I have the attention to detail and the systems in place to handle that kind of volume.... and I won't hand you off to a closing coordinator or someone else after you are under contract. I am here for you- 110%! I love welcoming folks in the area and helping Buyers find their first home, move up home, or when it's time to downsize and sell. I cover Wake, Durham, Johnston, Lee, Harnett and Franklin Counties.
