Susan Schultz has been a Rhode Island resident for more than 30 years and with this brings firsthand knowledge of the many cities, towns, and cultures of the state. She holds her Real Estate license in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Susan began her career in Real Estate after working in the textile and apparel industry as a designer for many years. Susan’s design career began with her graduation from The Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) where she received an MFA in Textile. She spent the next two decades working internationally in fashion, apparel, and technical work ware design, collaborating with international vendors for numerous corporations.

Moving into the Real Estate industry was a natural transition for Susan after working with numerous brands, industries, and various competitive markets. Her current work in Real Estate and accomplished design background led to her founding the Susan Schultz Home Staging Company in 2017. Her work in home staging and styling has helped dozens of clients sell their homes quickly, at a better value. Bringing together her Real Estate knowledge, design sense and knowledge of the housing market in southern New England brings a complete set of tools for homeowners and home buyers.
