Susan's passion for real estate began 22 years ago when she left a successful career as a critical care registered nurse to follow her dream of pursuing a career in Real Estate. After owning a company to buy and flip houses, the foundation of her skills began to emerge including her creative marketing ideas. Then, as manager of Land Acquisition for one of the area’s top builders, her aggressive negotiating skills were born which is an integral part of your successful real estate transaction.
