Susie is a Native Arizonan and has always lived in the Northwest Valley. She is committed to understanding her client's needs and providing services that will exceed their expectations. It is important that clients are provided with information that is relevant to them, and specific to their type of transaction. Experience in the real estate industry with many different real estate transactions including Residential Resales, New Build Investment properties, 1031 Exchanges, Probate and Trust property transfers, Vacant Land, along with Acreage Properties with septic tanks as well as private and/or shared wells will help her clients’ goals be realized. Susie leased and eventually managed apartment complexes in Phoenix and Glendale in the late 80’s and early 90’s; as well as working her way into a Branch Manager for the largest real estate firm in the valley in the early 90’s. Susie believes that her past experience was a great foundation for her career in title and escrow and now in real estate sales. With this knowledge, it allows for Susie to have a deeper understanding for Buyers and Sellers expectations and needs. Susie strives to be a resource for her clients.
