The best of the best! . Me and my significant other are first time home buyers. We had no idea how the whole process worked or even where to begin. Susan came in and helped solve all of that and answered every millions of questions I had. I was just amazed by her knowledge and guidance. Susan is a wonderful real-estate agent. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable. . As a first-time homebuyer, I had no clue where to begin. Susan was always extremely communicative, patient, and went above and beyond to get my questions answered. It never felt like I was annoying or rushing her, and she did not push us to feel like we had to put in an offer or consider things we didn't want to. She is very aware of the housing economy and what you want when it comes to looking for houses. She was always a text or phone call away, and she was very detailed and specific about what we needed to do going into closing. It didn't feel like she was just trying to get money out of us, but that she actually cared about us and our house. We were so lucky to work with her! Very thankful for her and everything that she has done for us as we bought our first house.

The A+++ Team to Close in 19 Days! Susan and I connected after she responded to my post in a local Facebook group asking for suggestions on how to find the best realtor. Susan and a friend of mine, Sarah, both worked for the same real estate company and offered to team up to help us find the perfect house on a bit of a time crunch. We had an initial meeting where she walked us through the home buying process and answered the million questions we had as first time home buyers. We set up another meeting to go over what we were looking for and an hour later we were touring a house that we eventually had an accepted offer on 24 hours later! Susan and Sarah had spent the night researching comparable houses, walking us through the timeline, and explaining all the options to make a strong offer. Susan and Sarah were the A+ team but brought the ++ with of a great home inspector who was able to come out in less than 24 hours and a mortgage broker who were able to get us closed in 19 days from first touring the house. Susan was amazing at explaining the process, checking in with all parties, communicating, and on top of everything!

AMAZING - DO NOT HESITATE TO WORK WITH HER! . Y'all. Susan is truly the best! When we were selling our home, we had all the normal stress of moving and working full time just like many people do. In addition, we had some other important things come up that took us away from being able to focus on the home and getting things ready for the sale. Susan did so much for us! More than anything we could have expected from her as a realtor- helping clean up, keeping us in the loop, help finding the other people we needed (electrician/heat and air guy) and meeting folks for quotes and you just name it - she did all she could to help us and relieve our stress during the process. She honestly deserves all the best things in life. I get she is being paid and making a living as well, but I have bought and sold houses before and this woman right here was at our side - jumping ahead even, helping us out, and making things happen. Respectful and easy to work with. Being a first time home buyer I definitely needed someone who knew what they were doing. As someone who was relocating to Central KY, it was vital we chose a realtor we could trust to be our eyes while viewing houses for us. Susan did just that. While the housing market was crazy and things were going fast, Susan was quick to send us houses to view and get showings scheduled quickly. Since we couldn’t always be in-person, she made sure to FaceTime us and show every detail of the house. We felt confident putting offers in on homes we hadn’t seen in person based off Susan’s reliability and attention to detail. Susan was great at recommending competitive, yet reasonable, offers. Ultimately, we decided on a new home build and Susan continued to work with us through the process. As first time home buyers, it was comforting to know someone with great experience and knowledge was apart of our home buying experience. Susan remained in contact and worked with the builders throughout several months and even came to our pre-drywall and final walk-throughs. After closing, we had a few issues pop up and Susan was still available to advocate for us and work with the builders. Susan was very attentive and thorough with everything.
