Prior to 15 years in real estate, she spent 12 years in sales, HR, and project management at Dell. She is a strong communicator, organizer, and negotiator. To stay current on best business practices, Susie regularly attends real estate training courses and completed the executive education seminar, Program on Negotiation, at Harvard Law School.

Susie is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in journalism and has now lived in Austin longer than her first hometown of Houston. She is a longtime volunteer driver with Meals on Wheels and regularly participates in Realty Austin's annual Habitat for Humanity build. For fun she enjoys her rescue dogs, book club and running on the Lady Bird Lake/Town Lake trail.
