In the settling of our Mother's estate we at first tried to sell her home ourselves. We found out quickly not only how little we knew about the process but also how much work was involved! Susie came in and took care of everything- and the house sold the first day there was a sign in the yard! She was a total professional. Her long career in this community has led to so many contacts that she was able to get more for our house than we were asking by contacting potential buyers without them even seeing it on their own. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
