About Susie

With a background in marketing and art history, Susie Rosen is British born and educated in London and Europe. She has worked all over the world as an International Conference Organizer and Research Associate for The Financial Times, and a Marketing Executive for Conde Nast, Vogue, and Fortnum & Mason of Picadilly in London.

After working abroad, Susie relocated to New Canaan, Connecticut and built a successful real estate career in luxury and historic property, specializing in helping international executives move in and out of the New York area.

She was drawn to Charleston and eventually moved to the city because of its historic intrigue, extraordinary beauty, and diverse culture. Susie's experience with relocating corporate clients and her own experience as an international transplant has enabled her to develop strong personal networks in key cities around the States and along the eastern seaboard while maintaining her international connections throughout Europe.

After a decade in Charleston, Susie has acquired the in-depth knowledge of the Charleston Metropolitan area that encompasses the beaches at Kiawah, Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island and Folly, the communities on James Island, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, and on Daniel Island. Selling in these areas has allowed her to build her business model on both success and referrals which gives her the experience to price, negotiate and market any property to its fullest extent.
