Suzanna was a pleasure to work with. She is kind, knowledgeable, organized, trustworthy and dependable and I would highly recommend Suzanna as a realtor for anyone in the Madison area looking to buy or sell property. Suzanna sent me a letter asking if I was interested in selling my condo because she was working with buyers who wanted to purchase a condo in the neighborhood I was living in. Suzanna represented me as the seller while also representing the buyers. She did so seamlessly. With Suzanna as the intermediary, I felt we were able to negotiate a great outcome for both me and the buyers. We can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Suzanna! We were slow to get started on the home buying process, but Sue was patient and ready to answer all of our questions whenever we reached out. Once we got pre-approved and really started going, she did an excellent job sharing important information with us in a way that was easy to understand and didn't overwhelm us. Sue gets all of the credit for finding us our ideal house in our ideal location! She saw that the home was going to go on the market, and she gave us perfect guidance in how to go about seeing it and getting in a competitive offer. We can't thank her enough for her patience, guidance, and help in getting us into a beautiful first home! We highly, highly recommend working with Suzanna!
