About Suzanne

Suzanne Arndt loves Ann Arbor, its neighborhoods, its vibrant downtown, its diversity, and the energy the university and its students provide. Suzanne is very involved in Ann Arbor's cultural scene. She is currently a docent in training at UMMA (University of Michigan's Art Museum) and a member of the ushering corp for UMS (University of Michigan Musical Society).

Suzanne began selling real estate in 2006. Being a Realtor here in Ann Arbor is a good fit for her. She is passionate about her city and really enjoys meeting and connecting with people. Becoming a trusted
resource and helping her clients buy or sell their homes is highly gratifying.

She does this by learning as much as possible about what they are looking for and then focus on using her resources to help them get there.

As a selling agent, Suzanne’s experience listing and managing a unique product mix of downtown lofts
and condos and traditional single-family homes enables her to quickly identify what makes a property
special and how best to promote it for a timely sale. When someone chooses Suzanne, they are giving
themselves the advantage of proven experience and extensive knowledge.

Suzanne’s husband, John, is an integral part of her real estate business. A licensed Realtor, his specialty is commercial and investment real estate. He is also a skilled negotiator as well as an experienced leasing agent. As a former residential and commercial construction contractor with 30 years of experience as a licensed builder, his expertise in the home building business is invaluable in helping clients evaluate a home or building’s condition as well as helping them understand the remodeling process – what’s possible and the associated costs. He is also present with Suzanne’s clients during their contractor’s inspection as another set of experienced eyes.
