About Suzanne
Since joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Suzanne Hazel has found success representing buyers, sellers, and tenants. As a real estate agent, she understands that achieving client satisfaction goes well beyond the sale of a home. It’s about building life-long relationships with her clients.
After a successful career at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and as Chief Political Fundraiser for District Attorney Steve Cooley, Suzanne decided to become a realtor in 2007 to incorporate her entrepreneurial skills with her desire to help people. As a broker, Suzanne enjoys working with buyers and sellers from around the world. Whether it’s a dignitary or a neighbor, Suzanne’s main desire is to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
In real estate, Suzanne’s business has flourished over the years due to her clients’ high level of satisfaction in working with her and from learning her craft from one of the most successful real estate agents in the San Gabriel Valley. Suzanne values her consistent referral and repeat business from her clients and truly enjoys assisting them with all their real estate needs. From assisting seniors with relocation services to cleaning out and staging properties, Suzanne has mastered every aspect of the job. It’s her priority to get her clients top dollar for their home.
Suzanne was raised in La Canada Flintridge and attended La Canada High School before attending San Diego State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. She has been married for 11 years and has a wonderful son. She lives in Pasadena and is active in numerous community affairs and charitable organizations including Kidspace Circle of Friends, San Marino NCL Juniors, Junior League of Pasadena Sustainer Board, and St. Philip the Apostle School. She holds an SRES designation in real estate and is a member of the Pasadena Foothills Association of Realtors, as well as the National and California Association of Realtors.
