Suzanne began her Real Estate career when she joined one of the largest Real Estate tech companies. She developed, coached, & trained thousands of top agents. In a fast-paced environment, she thrived & quickly became one of the most knowledgeable & passionate contributors to the agent's success. After excelling in the luxury market in Southern California, Suzanne decided to combine her efforts with one of her past clients, Active Realty. Suzanne joined Active Realty as a partner & CEO. At that time Active Realty was located primarily in Riverside County & operated with 25 agents. In 3 years, Suzanne helped to grow the Active Realty brand, company culture, education, office locations & office team. She helped grow the company by recruiting over 200+ expert real estate agents in multiple locations in Southern California. She was able to propel the success of the brokerage to the #1 Mega Team in California & #3 in volume nationwide in 2021. (RealTrends & Tom Ferry International “The Thousand”). Suzanne shares her expertise through Mentoracle, a training platform to educate agents. She is passionate about leveling up the Real Estate Industry by providing agents with the tools they need to give their clients the best service possible while effectively working in synergy with other professional experts in the field. Throughout her dynamic career, success has always been a constant. She has a big-picture grasp of a competitive real estate market & uses her experience managing thousands of transactions to guide everyone to the best results.
