Approaching 3 decades in full-time real estate, Suzy Steinmann offers her clients a variety of benefits. With a long history of “flipping” Suzy can offer both buyers and sellers expert advice on the modification of floorplans, remodeling costs, and interior design and staging. Known for her impeccable response time and dedication to detail, Suzy prides herself on exceeding her client’s expectations. Her skill set lies in navigating difficulties, negotiating contracts, and challenging undervalued appraisals.
Suzy has expanded to include a group of realtors called the Redeemed Team. They pride themselves on being a “Concierge Real Estate Team.” The Redeemed Team assists clients with shipping their belongings, arranging estate sales, selling vehicles, managing light renovations, hiring stagers, and landscapers, cleaning services, canceling utilities, and returning cable and internet equipment for their clients. This concierge service is especially helpful for absentee homeowners.
Suzy graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix with a degree in Business/Human Resources. In addition, Suzy is a Hearing Panel Chair for the Professional Standards Committee as well as an Ombudsperson and Mediator for WESERV (West & Southeast Realtors of the Valley) one of the larger Realtor Boards in the nation.
Married to Scott Steinmann, a minor league manager with the Oakland Athletics, Suzy has 3 children and 3 grandchildren. She loves to play pickleball, softball, and golf. She is currently a shortstop for the Lady Sluggers, a women’s senior softball league in Sun Lakes.
She also enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling. Her real estate team sponsors a free community service project in Sun Lakes called “Stay Off the Ladder” where people from her team change out A/C filters, light bulbs, and 9V batteries for homeowners.
A lifelong professional singer, Suzy has performed at venues like the Queen Creek Olive Mill, The Estancia Club, and Anthem Country Club. She currently sings at Stone & Barrel Taphouse and Ironwood Country Club in Sun Lakes.
The Redeemed Team recently sponsored Sun Lake’s first “Music in the Park” event complete with food trucks where Suzy performed with her Yacht Rock band at the ballpark.
A Wisconsin native, Suzy loves selling real estate, but she cherishes the relationships created by being a part of making a house, somebody’s home.
