Sylvia Aufiero began her real estate career by handling cooperative conversions in Manhattan, New York.

Sylvia brought her knowledge of real estate and aggressive drive back to her home base in Northern Nevada in 1989. Sylvia’s deep passion in helping Nevadans during the housing crises directed her to specialize in Homeowners who have elected to partake in the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program, Short Sales, Deed-In-Lieu or litigation with intent to save their homes from foreclosure.
