Sylvia Cahill began her real estate career in 2010 with a bang. She successfully completed over seventy-five transactions in just a two-year period, during which time she mastered the deal-making process and developed a keen eye for design. Through it all, Sylvia is motivated by her staunch commitment to maximizing value for her clients.
A native of Marin County and longtime San Francisco resident, Sylvia attended Mark Day School, The Branson School, and UCLA. With a thorough knowledge of the neighborhoods and nuances of real estate on both sides of the Golden Gate, she is a well-connected, tough negotiator that advocates for clients including first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers and sellers, and seasoned investors.
Sylvia thrives in the dynamic, collaborative realm of real estate, where no two days or two clients are ever the same. She loves getting to know people and helping them achieve success. She stakes her reputation on her integrity; all dealings are on the up and up, and her attention to detail is unparalleled.
In her spare time, Sylvia enjoys restaurants, live music, scenic walks, and group fitness. She and her husband welcomed their first child, a son named Liam, in 2020. They live on the Belvedere Lagoon with their elderly pug, Jackson.
Sylvia is honored to have served on The Branson School’s board of trustees, and currently volunteers with the City of Belvedere Block Captain Program, whose mission is to deliver a best-in-class rescue and recovery response in the event of a catastrophic natural disaster.
