Sylvia brings 11 years of Real Estate expertise and serves clients in the Orange and Riverside Counties. Her expertise is in all aspects of representing clients in buying, selling and leasing homes. Sylvia also has seasoned ability to negotiate short sales and foreclosure homes.

Sylvia is a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors (OCAR) and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR); a membership that stipulates that Realtors deal with all parties of a transaction ethically and honestly. Sylvia has also has been Notary Public and a Certified Loan Document Signer for more than 19 years and is a member of the National Notary Association.

She has been selected as an Orange Coast Five Star Real Estate Agent for the years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Sylvia has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
