Mr. Waterford is very patience and in no way rushed us into buying. As matter of fact, he helped prep us in achieving our credit score goal and putting our financial affairs in order so that when the right time comes, we were ready to look and make an offer. He also helped us find all the features we want in a house within the price range we could afford which saved us time when we went on our house search. He worked diligently to find our perfect home. He cared for our well-being by ensuring that all the necessary items on the check-list for inspection were checked-off during escrow. I would highly recommend Mr. Waterford for his professionalism, availability, and consideration of mine and husband's wellfare. He made finding our home stress-free. We literally took a look at a few house in mid-January before we found our current home, to which we placed an offer, got accepted the next day, and closed escrow by mid-Feb. Thank you Mr. Waterford for all your help and guidance into getting us in a house we love, as seamless as it did.
