Having lived in Richmond and the surrounding counties for over 27 years, Talith possesses an intricate knowledge of the Richmond real estate market. “I’ve had the opportunity to live in the City of Richmond, Hanover County, Henrico County and Chesterfield County during my time here and know them all well”. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Talith worked as a Paralegal for some of Richmond’s top Law firms and in the Mortgage Banking industry. Having gained experience on both ends of the real estate spectrum in both sales and mortgage banking has given Talith a unique and powerful knowledge base in real estate sales and marketing, mortgage lending, government funded loan programs, and asset acquisition and management.
