Tally is your go to for any of your Real Estate needs. He sets himself above all when it comes to the details from beginning to end! He was determined to help me get a house even in this difficult market. We spent 2 straight months every weekend making offer after offer. Once I was under contract, he was on top of everything. Bank, inspection, appraisal, and closing!! Great work my friend!!!

My wife and I are super happy with Tally and his team! We bought our first house with Tally and naturally we’re super out of our comfort zone, didn’t know the process, what to look for, what to ask, etc. Tally was all over it!
The roof had to be replaced via the sellers insurance before we closed and we were super impressed with how Tally oversaw that. It was way more than we expected honestly. Couldn’t be happier. ( :

Tally should be your go-to for all real estate needs on both the buying and selling side. I was buying and selling in the LoDo/Highlands/Jefferson Park/Sloan's lake neighborhoods and he did not have mastery of one of them, he knew every single logistical detail of each of them; for all of you visual learners out there, he also provides fancy graphs and charts that detail same. In addition to the standard slide shows and photos that his team extraordinarily captured, he created a personal website for my property-who does that? He also sent in a drone team producing awesome aerial shots unlike any listing I have come across. In addition to all of the high tech savvy he brings to the table, he is aggressive without being offensive, he is energized and motivated, responsive and attentive. Hands down, Tally is the most adept and affable agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. My experience has been immensely successful and it has everything to do with Tally.

To put it shortly, there is nobody else I trust to buy and sell my property in all of Denver.

Not only is Tally a data driven and strategic partner in growing our real estate portfolio, but he is a stand up guy. He actively told my wife and I not to sell a property because it would not be in our long term best interest and in looking out for us, sacrificed his own short term “commission” by doing so.
