Tami Taylor

Tami Taylor is co-owner of Colony Builders and is a 24-year veteran of the Anchorage real estate market. She is ranked in the top 5% of real estate agents nationwide. Tami also leads a professional design team at One of a Kind Design. They are an award-winning interior design company that helps create beautiful spaces in functional homes.

Tami began working in the interior design field when new home interiors were very neutral in Anchorage. She remembers what it was like to be one of the first to introduce color in local home interiors. Tami believes the exposure she has to the newest building materials, colors and textures through One of a Kind Design has helped her style sense succeed. She’s honored to have over 600 home interiors to her credit that provide clients like you with the creative functionality people have come to expect from Colony Builders. Tami’s goal is to help families create the home of their dreams, on budget and on time.
