Tamika Ellsworth

Since launching her real estate career in 2004, Red Bow Real Estate founder Tamika Ellsworth has built a reputable presence in this industry. For starters, she has helped over 300 clients sell more than $250 million in properties. Her previous brokerage, of which she was a founding Realtor®, ranked as one of Inc. magazine's 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies in 2017 and 2018, peaking at No. 9 on the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 2018 list of Top Residential Real Estate Firms. Tamika has also held the title of Grand Master for nine consecutive years, which ranks her in the top 10% of Bay Area agents. She’s visible across social media, with 37,000 followers on TikTok alone, and was a featured Power Player in seasons six and seven of the television show “The American Dream.”

Before launching her real estate career, Tamika was a member of Carpenters Local 405 in San Jose and helped build homes, orphanages, and churches in Tijuana, Mexico, for people in need. The trip changed her: When she handed people their keys, she knew their lives would be transformed. On a comparative note, Tamika suffered the loss of two homes during the 2009 housing market crisis before a miracle event helped fast-track her and her family toward homeownership once again.

These personal experiences have given her a deep sense of empathy toward buyers and inspired her to adopt a unique yet impactful role in their lives as she helps them build generational wealth. She nurtures every human connection with her faith, generosity, integrity, and excellence — which she pointedly differentiates from “perfection” — and consciously leaves room for miracle stories that foster clients’ hope and excitement.

Tamika is a five-star agent on Zillow and Yelp who holds several industry designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Broker Price Opinion (BPO) certifications. She also dedicates herself to helping veterans and military personnel as a Military Residential Specialist (MilRES) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

Away from real estate, Tamika serves as president of Her Legacy, an investment group that renovates homes in marginalized communities, and at her church, where she offers a free course called Faith in Homebuying. She donates a portion of all church-member commissions to the church’s outreach initiatives.

Additionally, Tamika participates in youth speaking events and has worked with Habitat for Humanity and Rize Above Media, a nonprofit that develops positive digital media programs for at-risk youth. She’s the founder and operator of the nonprofit Project Blueprint, which teaches young people how to carve entrepreneurial career paths out of their passions.
For pure enjoyment, Tamika is an avid Lego builder and loves reality competition television shows. She also enjoys being with her husband and is beyond grateful for his support. At all times, however, Tamika is focused on being a good role model to her two daughters — as a mother and professional.
