We just purchased a condo in Central Park Denver. Tammy Fabregas was our buyer’s agent. She was terrific. She persistently looked out for our interests. She did everything possible to assure a successful and timely closing. She provided very good references for unit inspection and other services. She kept in frequent contact and was easy to reach. She was always available to answer even tedious questions. Tammy was pleasant, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend her and would certainly call on her for any future real estate transactions.

My experience with Tammy Fabregas a few months ago was better than I have ever had before--having bought and sold homes, land, and condos--I have been through quite a few transactions over these past 30 years. She and her team were responsive, professional, helpful, and flexible--throughout the whole process. In today’s challenging market, I was grateful for her expertise and knowledge, even though I thought I was a savvy buyer. She made the entire process smooth, she helped me navigate the seller’s-created delays, and we still closed on time. If you find anyone in this business that is even half as competent and caring as Tammy and the Sam Wilson Team, count yourself lucky.

I have moved three times and I have never had anyone as helpful as Tammy Fabregas in the sale of my home this year.
She was there with helpful hints on how to handle such things as helping me find how to best disperse items that I was not taking with me.
Tammy was extremely personable and there with me through every step of the process of selling my house.
I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a great sales representative to sell their home and/or planning to buy.
