Tammy Ruda is a Maine native and a top-producing broker with 20 years of expertise in Maine real estate. She specializes in luxury waterfront properties in the Maine Lakes Region, especially the Sebago Lakes Region, as well as in the greater Portland area. Tammy is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Maine Lakes Society. Originally from Bangor, Maine, Tammy has spent many summers ‘Down East’ in the town of Eastport, Maine. Although Tammy lived in Connecticut for seven years, her love and passion for Maine eventually brought her back home. She currently lives in the Old Port in downtown Portland, Maine. When she is not with clients, you can find Tammy enjoying the Casco Bay Islands, listening to live music, dining out in Portland's gourmet restaurants, visiting the local art galleries, and taking in the views of the historic working waterfront.
