Tammy is not your everyday realtor. She was referred to us via a social media post, and the day after we contacted her we met in person to discuss her help in selling our home. She came to that meeting prepared with comps and other neighborhood/surrounding area information buyers would be interested in so we had the full picture of what selling our home would entail regarding what the buyers would be looking for and where we stood as of that minute, everything another realtor we'd met with "still had to go pull" after having 3 days between contact & meeting. At the end of that first meeting we knew she was "the one," and we had a solid game plan. Tammy went above and beyond helping us prepare the house for sale; personally doing things neither myself nor my husband were able to do, just to make sure we could sell and get the funds we needed from closing. She screened all interested buyers to make sure they could afford the house before scheduling viewings, and scheduled them around our work-from-home needs and ability to take the dog out of the home for a while; everything she could do to not inconvenience us (her clients) she did, without us asking.
Tammy is down to earth, tells it like it is, works for you and not for the money. She puts 110% into helping you and she obviously loves every minute of it. We highly recommend contacting Tammy if you're in need of a realtor. We moved a few weeks ago and she has kept in touch to make sure we and our pets made the trip south safely. That is dedication and caring for your clients.

When I decided I wanted to sell my house and purchase a new one I knew I picked the right person for the job. Tammy is always there to answer any questions you have and will help you every step of the way. She went above and beyond what any realtor would do and treats you like family. I won’t hesitate to use her again if ever I need to.

When I decided to sell my South Carolina home again, after a terrible problem in that state, my Daughter said Mom why don’t we get Tammy Ryan to help you. She called Tammy and that was all it took. Tammy interviewed SC realtors, chose those she thought would be best for me, and assisted in helping all along the way. That house sold for more than asking and I give Tammy the credit because her focus was me, not an amount of money. So once I decided that Eastern Panhandle would be my choice of house buying ( I was looking at homes in 3 states ) but WV was my choice Then Tammy had to work with a senior citizen who had crazy requirements and areas of everywhere to look. She went to the care to call police departments to ascertain that the areas I gave her were safe for me; she toured houses with me, my Daughter & Hubby on Facetime so that I would get a good view of the house to see if it met my requirements ( I was still in SC at the time). Once the decision was made, as I lovingly call her the bulldog went to work with builders, banking and settlement attorneys, to get me a great deal on my terms and conditions. I am now living in a brand new townhome in Martinsburg.

My wife and I had been looking for land for a while and we were having a hard time finding a realtor who would return calls and/or assist us in our search. I met Tammy by chance on social media and she has just been amazing to work with. She is very helpful in forwarding us listings and has even set us up a personal link that populates new properties as they become available and are within the parameters that we are looking for. We have communicated with Tammy almost everyday since I first spoke with her and she was even sending properties last night (Sunday) till around 6om.... Tammy is very attentive and works very hard and I am so blessed that we crossed paths. Tammy is first class and I completely recommend without any reservation

Tammy is one of a kind. She was the 4th realtor we ended up with. We weren't really thrilled at that point. She turned it around. Showing us 100s of places, so that she could really understand what we were looking for! We ended up with the perfect home in a great neighborhood. I highly recommend her to anyone!!
