Tanara Greywolf is a life-long resident of Eugene, Oregon, and knows the area quite well. Beyond real estate, she is a mother, homeowner, landlord, and herbalist. She enjoys reconditioning her historic 1910 craftsman home, dancing, biking, exercising, travel, and being in the forest.
Since 2007, she has gained real estate education or practice through purchasing and renting multiple income properties as well as becoming increasingly knowledgeable about the ever-changing landlord/tenant laws, and the resources that are needed to manage these properties. She is also well-informed about the high-producing rental locations in the area, general market rent prices, and other aspects of income property management.
Some of her prior background includes 15 years as a healthcare professional in a hospital setting, which honed her ability to listen and be compassionate to each and everyone’s individual needs during changing and challenging times in their lives. She has also traveled extensively visiting several countries in SE Asia, Africa, Mexico, and other places both near and far, where she experienced diverse cultures and traditions. Both have broadened her understanding of people.
Her husband is the owner of Roberts Hardwood Floors, a well-known and reputable hardwood flooring company in Eugene. For many years, she helped with many facets of the business from management to learning the trade. This is another aspect that provided firsthand knowledge about construction practices, including remodels, repairs, and the costs associated with those activities. Through this, she has learned what is and what is not quality craftsmanship, along with a better understanding of quality building products and styles. This knowledge allows her to spot issues in the initial viewing of a property, so that she may better help you navigate inspections and advocate for necessary repairs.
She loves to help clients with investment properties, first time home buying, and re-locations. She looks forward to collaborating with you through all your real estate endeavors.
