We had not worked with Tatyana before, but she came highly recommended to us from another realtor who is also a good friend. From the beginning of our experience she was very professional, but she went above and beyond that. She kept us informed and involved in the process every step of the way. She immediately scheduled an open house and advised us of how to get the house ready and even brought flowers for the table. I can’t emphasize enough how hard Tatyana worked in every aspect of the sale. When we had questions she was always available to talk and answer them. She kept us very informed of the activity and everything she was doing to make things happen. She was also extremely helpful for dealing with issues that arose in finalizing the contract. We would highly recommend Tatyana and would definitely use her again.

I have bought and sold many homes over the years. I have to say that Tatyana is the best realtor that I have ever worked with! She stayed on top of everything- always thinking two steps ahead. She is very knowledgeable and does her own research to answer the many questions that we had. Tatyana made me feel like family! She was patient and kind and exactly what we needed during this process. If you need a realtor, she is the one. Hands down. The BEST.

Tatyana was fantastic to work with. She gave me excellent advice that helped get my house sold in one day. She responded to any questions I had quickly, and made sure I was aware of things every step of the process. She kept every appointment and was always on time for meetings and phone calls. Selling a house during Covid was a daunting task, but she made it so easy and safe. I would whole heartily recommend Tatyana if you are looking for a realtor.

Tatyana is a very sincere, happy person and this spills over to her working life. We were trying to sell our home at a very difficult time. Tatyana stayed in touch with us almost daily. She arranged an open house on several occasions and always checked our house after every showing by other realtors. When we finally got our buyer, we both had a very difficult time meeting all her demands, but Tatyana handled everything for us as quickly as was possible. We recommend her without reservation.
