Taylor Schmidt

Taylor Schmidt joined Realty ONE Group Professionals after a three year career in professional golf. Born and raised in Boise, his love for the area brought him back to the Treasure Valley where he began his career in Real Estate. Taylor was mentored by his father who has been a developer in the Valley for over 20 years as well as Joel Hess, owner of Realty ONE Group Professionals, on residential real estate. Taylor has gained a wealth of knowledge in land and development. He has experience in land acquisition, residential development, investment sales, residential real estate sales, and commercial leasing. Taylor’s wide range of knowledge helps his clients feel confident and well informed no matter the real estate transaction.

Taylor received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the Knauss School of Business at the University of San Diego. During his college career, he was a student athlete where he played golf. He excelled on and off the golf course and in 2014, Taylor was named to the Academic All-America Scholars List. As a member of the golf team, he learned how to be detail-oriented and how to stay calm under pressure.
