Ted Alcantara and Adonis Currameng were truly exceptional. My husband and I were impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market.

Ted and Adonis were ALWAYS available for any questions and they were very flexible. Their responsiveness was incredible. They always provide an update of the progress. They also explained each document that we need to sign. They were very patient with us.

When we experienced some hurdles, we talked about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. They looked out for you and have your best interests in mind.

Thank you Ted and Adonis for selling our property. Kudos to both of you!

Ted was helping me out even before we had docs signed. This started as a trans-Pacific arrangement. My Mom & I are co-owners of the condo but my Mom in the Philippines couldn’t make the trip back to Los Angeles for health reasons. Ted arranged for the power of attorney be legally established so that the sale of the condo could push thru. Without that it would have been VERY DIFFICULT to proceed as my Mom was not able to travel to the consulate in Cebu nor the embassy in Manila to have a power of attorney notarized. Thanks Ted for being resourceful & knowing the right people to solve what could’ve been a crucial time-draining situation.

From the moment we met Ted my husband and I felt his positive vibe and enthusiasm. It was no easy task but Ted was there every step of the way in helping us sell our house and get us into a new one. I knew nothing about buying and owning a home. As a veteran, I’ve been wanted to use my guaranteed VA loan. So when it was the right time to buy my own home, I was grateful that I chose Ted and his team to take care of pretty much everything about buying a home. Ted pretty much is a go-getter who pretty much took care of all my needs in this crazy real estate market. He’s very knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and worries about buying a house but he explained things that don’t make sense to me and advise me of what would be the right options for my needs. He is very patient and thorough with his process and will help you every step of the way. If you’re a newbie homebuyer, don’t be shy in asking Ted to educate you about anything real estate. And to my fellow veterans, if you’re in the market of buying a house go with Ted!

Excellent and profesional service! I had been looking for a home for almost a year and was with another agent who just wasn’t listening to my actual needs for a home. After speaking to Ted, I began to find homes that were more in line with my expectations!
Ted has many years of experience and is the best guy to have by your side to walk you through the Buying process.
