Teresa was always accessible in person or by phone which helped keep things moving and me informed which was important to me. She was knowledgeable about different companies that performed services needed to check the properties which saved money and complications for me as a seller. Overall she is a very knowledgable about the local real estate including investors looking for properties, people looking for a home and home values. Teresa is a great person to work with. She is very responsive, personable and professional. She was a great advocate when it was needed and she was very honest with me during our working relationship. She helped me get my house ready to sell with some great suggestions on improvements. With her help and after the improvements were made she was able to get my house on the market and helped me find another house that was perfect. Teresa is amazing. She has now helped us sell 2 homes as well as find 2 homes. She was very patient and never tried to push a home on us just for the sale. She always pointed out all the pros, as well as the cons, and truly listened to what we wanted. She made sure we were 100% satisfied with our decision before she ever wrote the contract. As many know, contingencies and closings on multiple houses are stressful and Teresa was quick to get inspections out of the way so we had more time to pack without the hassle of people in our home.
