Terran Hairston

A native of Michigan and Florida transplant, Terran Hairston has called the Jacksonville/St Augustine area his home since 2004.

Terran gained his passion for business and his education from Michigan State University where he graduated with a Bachelors in Human Resource Mgmt. Terran has spent the last 14 years as police officer.

Terran's passion for real estate began about 15 years ago when he and his wife purchased there first home and realized all the mistakes that were made. He made it his mission to learn about buying/selling and the lending process of real estate transactions for his own knowledge and to be prepared for any future transactions. Eventually He decided to get his real estate license and enjoys helping clients make what can sometimes seem like a stressful process a smooth and easy one.

In his spare time, Terran enjoys spending time with his wife and Kids, Golf, working out and traveling.

Terran's organic approach to problem solving and his customer focused work ethic has allowed for a seamless transition into becoming a Real Estate professional.
