We were so fortunate to have found Terrance when we moved to Columbus. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we looked at homes over several months. He was always on our side working to make our house purchase was as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Terrance was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Terrence arrived at EVERY appointment on time...even in extreme weather condition. No matter the short notice for a viewing he would adjust his schedule to accommodate. Terrence Howard deserves more than 5 stars. He has exemplified OUTSTANDING customer service. I first met with Mr. Howard on Friday and he had an appointment set for me by Sunday and three other appointments set by Wednesday the same week. I was completely new to the entire homebuying process and Mr. Howard sat with me and explained the ins and outs of today's market. Being a single mother, I thought that homeownership was out of reach but he was able to point me in the right direction and now it looks like I am going to be able to build a home for me and my children!!
