Terry helped us buy our house 4 &1/2 years ago and did so much for us to help buy that house that was above and beyond an expected realtor. We then chose to reach out again just last month and he sold our home for us. It was a smooth process and he guided us through all of it. He also listened to all my questions and different ways I wanted to sell it patiently. I would encourage anyone to give him a chance as he will be on your side through the whole process.

We went through many realtors, until we found Terry. Work with someone who gets you and your needs. For a first time buyer I would definitely recommend Terry. If we had a question he always had an answer. He even offered to help us find appliances for our new home. Terry felt more like a friend then an agent, and believe me in the home buying process with all the stress involved it’s important.

Terry was fantastic to work with when selling our land in Lyons, OR. He provided great advice, got us an offer above asking within one week of listing, and arranged for back up offers as well.
