We were so lucky to have been referred to Terry to be our Realtor as we relocated to San Diego from across country. We moved in the middle of an unprecedented housing boom. We were stressed and in a time crunch. Terry was focused, invested and patient. She was an advocate and a mediator - addressing our requests and concerns but also keeping us grounded.

She is a long time local of the area and knows the market well. She was on our team! We looked at over 50 houses all over the county, we wrote many offers and at the end we successfully found a house that has checked so many boxes.

I trust her for our future housing needs and consider her a forever friend. Highly recommend.
