Thank you to Terri Hunt and Justin Hunt and their team members, including Jaime and Sharon, for their terrific job in getting our home of 37 years under contract within 4 days (for over the listing price) and closed on the sale within 37 days! From our first meeting with them about a year ago, they gave us commonsense and realistic advice on preparing and staging our house as well as reliable contacts for an attorney, home repairs, carpeting and painting. We diligently followed their advice and recommendations and it paid off! We appreciate that Terri and Justin worked closely with us from our first meeting, house preparation, home listing, contract negotiations, appraisal through the closing. We highly recommend their "virtual staging" as it greatly assisted us in de-cluttering and selling our house! I can’t say enough great things about Terri and associate Jaime. Prepping and selling a home can be so stressful. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They went way beyond my expectations, especially when an unexpected issue came up weeks from closing. I reached out needing resource recommendations ASAP and Jaime took the lead and contacted the right expert. Terri helped me both find and then sell the same home 20+ years later.
