Terri was an excellent choice! She surpassed our expectations over and over again. She was extremely knowledgeable on real estate matters and other related areas. Her education on all aspects of the transaction was very helpful. Additionally, she was able to provide viable resources to get services needed. She is a proactive, self motivated, personable, professional, knowledgeable, organized, selfless and dedicated realtor. She checks off all the boxes...and then some! Can't even think of an attribute she needs improvement. We can't imagine using anyone else to sell our home in the local Delaware area. Her knowledge base of the current market in Dover and years of experience got us through challenges. We plan to use her in the future without a doubt!

Terri gave us a no-nonsense assessment of our property and advised us well on things we should or should not do with regard to repairs and staging in preparation for our sale. She responded quickly to any questions or requests for updates. Terri also has in-depth knowledge of the local market and what to expect for each neighborhood in the area.

I just love Terri. The market was crazy when she took us on as Clients. I still remember when I thought that my husband and would ever get a place, she said: “don’t worry we will find you something you like. “ The first time she took us around was on Mother’s Day. Now that is a work ethic from a Mom. It didn’t stop there, Terri continued to take us out of towners wherever she thought we would be happy and always on the weekends. She found us the perfect house and we made it. We are moved.
