Terri was awesome! She had the knowledge and expertise to find the right sales price for our home to go into a bidding war. She also had a list of reputable contractors to assist with the buyers requests to expedite the sale. I would definitely recommend Terri if you want to sell your home.

Terri Thomas is an amazing agent. We have used other Realtors before, but her professionalism and work ethic are unrivaled. She helped us buy our house then four years later helped us sell it. On both ends, she went above and beyond our expectations. She was attentive to our needs and wants then made sure to attend to them. Our conversations with Terri and her attention to detail helped us hone in on our home when we bought it. She made the purchase of our house seamless and effortless for us at every step. Another example of her tireless effort and hard work involves us renting our house out for a year before we decided to sell. When we decided to put it on the market, it needed an extensive amount of work to get it market ready. Terri was instrumental in getting the right contractors on board to make timely, reasonably priced repairs to ensure the house was profitable. Her passion and can-do attitude enabled us to fix the house and helped us make money on the sale; additionally, I attribute her hard work as the reason we had multiple offers to choose from. Terri is a Godsend and anyone that has her as a Realtor is truly blessed with the best in the business. Terri, again, thank you for all you did! We are eternally grateful.

Terri Thomas has been my property manager for 10 years...my buyer's realtor for three homes and sold four homes for me as well. She has been amazing throughout. I'm not so easy to please either...as she was my fourth property manager after letting three go in three years. Looking back at all the issues she handled for me over the years...I can't find a negative thing to say if I tried. You won't find a more honest and trustworthy realtor. (LTC, US Army - Retired).

Terri is awesome. I have and will continue to recommend Terri to anyone moving into the area or around the area. She is amazingly responsive and cares about her clients. She is also very intuitive and has a knack in finding out what would work best for you and your family after spending a little bit of time with you and shows you a couple homes. I used her when I PCS'd here to the Augusta area 7 years ago. I just used her talents to sell my home and buy a new one. I continue to talk to her because she has a wealth of knowledge about contractors and companies to use for the upgrades of my home.

Terri is the only Realtor we will work with in Georgia. She is kind, quick to respond to questions, and most importantly - she's honest. We have bought and/or sold three homes with Terri and each experience has been perfectly seamless. She truly listens to you & by the end of the first home buying process she felt like family. As a military family who moves a LOT, we work with many realtors. The only downside to working with Terri here in GA is that we compare every other real estate agent to her, and they never meet her standards.
