Terry is a consummate professional and has been a true delight to work with. First, and most importantly, Terry listens to his customers and works to match them to the home that is best for them rather than just push houses. Second, he is extremely responsive and is always at the ready with answers to every question, address possible objections, and find solutions when needed. Third, he is extremely knowledgable and takes concerns of the table with his experience. Terry earned my respect and my trust, and trust is a key element when buying or selling a home. Very pleased with Terry, exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Priced property right and sold in a week. Was very patient and explained things so well. Was proactive with getting the house sold for a very nice price with very little hassle. Would highly recommend.
