Terry, was my realtor when I bought my house in 2013. She is certainly a Gem of a realtor. She is patient and will take her time to work with you. This was the first house I bought so she was there with me every step of the way. When I got frustrated or confused she helped me thru the ordeal. If you get her for your realtor you will never go work. She know her stuff and is VERYEXCELLENT AT IT!!

I so enjoyed working with Terry Allons! She is patient, honest and trustworthy. She is the only realtor that stuck by me for a few years, as I searched for a home to buy.

In the end, I did find a home I wanted to buy and called her first. She helped me buy the home I wanted and helped a great deal in the process! I highly recommend her!

Coming from out of state, Terry escorted us for 10 days on a neighborhood search until finally on the last day we found the location we wanted. We then found the house online in that same neighborhood and because of COVID restrictions, Terry did all the legwork for us including home tour, offers, negotiation, inspection, and closing. Terry is the full package and will not disappoint.
